Wood Log Crusher
Introduction
The wood log crusher is the special chipping and crushing equipment for raw wood of 50-250 mm (diameter). During the working process, the raw wood will be chipped, re-crushed and sieved; the wood crusher combines both chipping and crushing in one machine to get the wood sawdust directly. The diameter of wood sawdust can reach to 2-5 mm, which is suitable for further drying and briquetting. It shows the advantages of precise structure, high capacity, energy consumption, high-quality finished products, easy maintenance, etc.

Working Principles
Before starting the wood log crusher, the frame must be fixed on the ground, adjust each part component coordination, check grounding bolts are tight or not, ensure the blade installed on the knife dish are fixed. After startup, reduce the blade rotation to the minimum speed and check the blade rotation direction. After starting, carries on the test run without any feed, check the connection between the equipment parts and stop it immediately when there is loose or broken down. In the end, put a small amount of wood into the machine and check particle size to finish the commissioning.
Raw materials
Wood scrap, wood board Tree branch, peanut shell, coffee husk, sunflower seed, wheat straw, wood chips, sunflower stalk, bamboo, waste wood ,grass tobacco waste, mustard stalk, waste leaves, soybeans husk and any other plant wastes which size is from 5mm to 80 mm . This kind of widely used in food factory, swine farm, paper factory and wood factory, etc.
