Waste Templates Crusher
Introduction
Template crusher is a professional grinding equipment for the site template, bamboo veneer scrap, shelves, bracket and tray. It processes main materials are waste building templates, wood plate, container, waste wood boxes, etc. The waste template crusher mainly consists of work platform, feed roller and feed conveyor. Raw material size is approximately max width is 1.2 meter and the max thickness is 200mm.The machine can smash width 1.2 meters, 3-30 centimeters thickness of waste building wood template. The crushed wood pallet can be used as burning fuel for biomass electric power plant, boiler factory, and paper making factory and so on.
Working Principles
This wood template crusher machine is improved on the base of the drum wood chipper. It is specially designed for the wood template in the construction field. It can process wood materials that contain nails and separate the nail from the wood, avoiding the trouble to remove the nail at work. The crushed wood bits can be used as burning fuel for biomass electric power plant, boiler factory. With mesh type blade, the template can be completely broken; the blade hardness is not lower than HRC55. It also has high production efficiency, less tool wear; prevent the nails and concrete of building template crack. The partical size and the shape of small, uniform, large production capacity and long life of hammer head, with small power, process streamlined, simple structure, use and maintenance convenient , stable operation.
