1, Switch on the starter
2, Press the button two or three times
3, Let the machine operates one or two circles by itself.
4, Make elevating conveyor working together with crusher
5, Send a start signal if there is no abnormal condition
6, During the operation,if there is no vibration; the voice and humidity are normal, the temperature of each bearing should not exceed 75℃;
the temperature of the motor cannot exceed the provisions of the manufacturer
7, Keep the chains of the elevating conveyor elastic consistently. In full load cases,the compactness of the chains cannot over two link length.
8, Protect the machine tail entirely.
9, Clean up the float coal and float waste rock on the machine tail and the body.
